    • A. 6073 Van Nuys Blvd. Conditional Use & Update. A request for a Conditional Use to allow for an expansion of an existing deemed to be approved general off-site sale of alcohol license for an existing 24-hour convenience market.   6. New Business:
    • A. 6001-6033 Van Nuys Blvd. Change of Use. The approximately 4.5 acre site is located north of Oxnard Street, South of the Metro Orange Line, west of Van Nuys Boulevard and east of Vesper Avenue and includes Aetna Street between Van Nuys and Vesper. The existing automobile showroom and related uses are proposed to be demolished and the site redeveloped with a retail/ residential mixed-use project including approximately 17,000 square feet of local serving retail uses and 384 residences. Just over one-acre of open space will be provided for residents and parking for residents and patrons of the retail uses will be provided in excess of Los Angeles Municipal Code requirements.     • B. 14700 Sherman Way. Small lot sub-division. Proposal for a gated residential small lot subdivision community consisting of 57 detached single-family homes with large rear backyards and a private park with a tot lot. The developer is pursuing community feedback and support. Case no.: project not submitted to Planning. (Angie Yee / Storm Properties, Inc.)
    • C. 6104 Sepulveda Blvd. Parcel Map for the creation of a Commercial Condo. The current structure already exists as a two-tenant retail building. The applicant intends to record a condominium map in order to create two separate commercial condos in the location of the current demising wall. Case no: AA 2015-0842-PMLA-CL.
