- A. 14859 Bessemer Street. Conditional Use for Kennel Facility. A Conditional Use Permit to allow the establishment, use and maintenance of a proposed small animal breeding and board kennel facility with Veterinary clinic rooms with hours of operations on a 24-hour basis. (Mazyar Yaghoubian)
- B. 6569 N. Van Nuys Blvd. 184-unit Apartments w/ approximately 20,000 sq. ft of commercial space. Are entitlement request is going to consist of a zone change to P-1VL and a Density Bonus. We are anticipating 168 Market Rate units 16 Very Low income units. In addition, we are considering a request to increase the density bonus above 35% and increase the affordable unit set-aside. .
