The properties at 6200 N. Kester Ave. and 14849 W. Delano Ave have been tied and are now one 16500 sf lot at 6200 N. Kester Ave. A Density Bonus was approved with two on menu incentives. The project is a new 22 unit apartment Building with 16 market rate units and approved Density Bonus adding an additional 6 units. Included in the 6 additional units 1/11 units are to be very low restricted rate units for a total of 2 very low restricted rate units. The total unit mix is 21-2 bedroom, 1-3 bedroom units with a 30 % bike credit to replace parking. Support from board.
