April 19, 2015, Sunday at Balboa Park, Center for Assault Service (CATS) is hosting Victory for Victims 5K/10K Run and Kids Fun Run. The CATS program’s mission is to assure and promote dignity and respect for victims of domestic and sexual assault and child victims of sexual abuse, minimize their trauma, and provide law enforcement with the evidentiary documentation to successfully prosecute perpetrators.
