A. 5628 N Sepulveda Blvd.: Zone Variance, Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan Review. Requesting
for a conditional use permit to allow the expansion of the existing 4-story 56 ft. high hotel with a new construction
of a 48,000 SF 78 room hotel within 500 ft of a residential zone and request for additional FAR & height. Asking for

B. 6939 Van Nuys Blvd.: Zone Variance, Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan Review. Requesting for
a conditional use permit and zone variance for an addition to the existing 10,000 sq ft Adult day center and banquet
hall by adding 4500 sq ft and converting its use to full banquet hall and restaurant in a P2 zone (parking), currently in
construction for the remodeling of the existing building with permits. Asking board ‘s advice, feedback and support.
