The City of Los Angeles Bicycle Advisory Committee (BAC) serves as an advisory body to the Mayor, City Council Members, and to various agencies across the city, encouraging and facilitating the use of bicycles as a regular means of transportation and recreation.
The survey’s purpose is simple: to better understand the needs and priorities of bicyclists across the City of Los Angeles.
