At our December 2023 meeting, Metro was on hand to present the Sepulveda G Line Station First/Last Mile Project.
The goal of First/Last Mile planning is to enhance the experience for all people as they walk, bike, or roll to a transit station.
In the above project improvement area, spot improvements include:
- Bus stop improvements like shelters and benches
- High visibility cross walks
- Curb extensions
Corridor improvements include:
- Landscaping and shade
- New or improved sidewalks
- Pedestrian and bicycle lighting
The project schedule is to begin final design in 2024.
