Local businesses can apply to lease space and operate in the Marvin Braude Retail Mall at the Van Nuys Government Center 6262 Van Nuys Blvd. City Council District 6 is focused on reactivating the area to increase pedestrian traffic by increasing programming in the plaza including events such as summer movie nights and community festivals as well as increasing public parking in the area.
Proposals are now due and will remain open until all spaces are leased.
