The veteran would be part of a team re-making homes to become ADA friendly (creating ramps and wheelchair accessible spaces, and other disability-friendly accommodations.) They are looking for a veteran who can bring the perspective of someone who has a physical disability themselves, and requires ADA accommodations. SPA 2: Goodwill Southern California, in partnership with other organizations and the City and County of LA, is offering a free training for veterans in Bio-Manufacturing on Wednesday February 15th at 1pm. Veterans train to become an Entry-level Bio-Manufacturing Technician. The training is a 6 week program and guarantees an interview with a Biopharmaceutical employer upon completion.
