This week, just sit back and relax and peruse through Happy City Los Angeles’ recently published Happiness & Well-Being Index.
The Happiness & Well-Being Index is a biennial project by Happy City Los Angeles for a multi-dimensional look at our well-being. The assessment evaluates 10 domains across 65 indicators for a comprehensive understanding of our overall quality of life.
By having established this baseline, we can now work towards our goal to exceed an index of 80, whereas at present we are at 71.
