Come hear the Planning Department staff provide an update on the portion of the Southeast Valley Community Plan that covers Van Nuys-North Sherman Oaks. The Planning Department says: “A Community Plan’s importance lies in its ability to guide sustainable land use practices that balance the physical character and social urban fabric of the community with local, state, and national efforts to address important equity issues such as access to housing, environmental justice, and climate change.”
