Join HCIDLA and answer our Call for Submissions as we present the Phases & Faces of Affordable Housing in Los Angeles. We are asking you to participate by submitting your photos, videos and stories in this first-of-its-kind exhibit in City Hall. Help us introduce the public to the face of homelessness, as well as to the individuals and families who live in or are seeking affordable housing. They can be anyone around us. They are human. They are Angelenos. WE are Los Angeles.
