It’s almost time to play and celebrate our streets at the next CicLAvia on Sunday, October 16th. We can’t wait to return to the CicLAvia route that started it all, CicLAvia – Heart of LA. As we prepare for this route in partnership with the City of LA, we recall October 2010, when tens of thousands of us showed up for the first CicLAvia and experienced our city in a whole new way. Now, on October 16th, we’ll be having our 19th event, and as we look back on the fun of the past, we’ll also be creating great new experiences together.
There are lots of activities planned along the Heart of LA route; this CicLAvia is going to be all about play. We’ll update you next week about all the fun events going on, but you can plan on free pedicab rides provided by AARP at every hub, as well as a vintage game play zone at Mariachi Plaza.
