  1. 6569 N. Van Nuys Blvd. Update on the 184-unit Apartments w/ approximately 20,000 sq. ft of commercial space. Are entitlement request is going to consist of a zone change to P-1VL and a Density Bonus. Project is designed for 168 Market Rate units 16 Very Low income units. Request to increase the density bonus above 35% and increase the affordable unit set-aside. Asking Letter of Support. Case no.: No case number issued. (Boaz Miodovsky/ Ketter Designs)

  2. 6344 N. Sepulveda Blvd. Conditional Use Permit to allow an accessory (vacuum cleaner stations) to an existing auto uses (car wash, auto body, tune up) to a new proposed C2 zone, adjacent to a R zone with current proposed hours of operation from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Zone change (ZC) from P1-1VL-RIO to RIO to permit (auto related) uses that otherwise is not permitted in a P zone. Case No.: APCSV-2016-1344 (Nathan Freeman/ FMG).
