- b. The VNNC to honor outgoing Vice President Howard Benjamin by bestowing on him the title of Council Vice President Emeritus, and thank him for his four years of service.
- c. The VNNC to schedule ethics and funding training for current and newly elected Council members as required by the Fair Political Practices Commission.
