Greetings Van Nuys Council-members, Stakeholders & Community Leaders,
I wanted to drop you a brief note and let you know about a couple of things going on in Van Nuys and throughout the Valley.
First, we are having our Executive Committee Meeting this coming Tuesday at 6:30pm in our Council Chambers’ adjacent multi-purpose room. If you have any items for the Agenda, please email me at [email protected] or just come to the meeting in two days.
Secondly, we have a great opportunity to host a “Concert at the Civic Center” and 4th of July Celebration this year. I look forward to exploring the possibilities of working with Councilwoman Nury Martinez and our other elected officials to plan and host a great American party this coming Friday, July 4th, 2014.
Finally, thank you for your continued interest in our community, and I look forward to seeing you next Tuesday night at the Executive Committee meeting. Cheers, and have a Happy Cesar Chavez Day.
