    1. 6710 Van Nuys Blvd. Reconsideration of board’s approval of a conditional use permit. The board will discuss to rescind the board’s vote towards the operation of auto body repair shop under the Van Nuys Community Design Overlay Zone. Possible motion.
  6. New Business:
    1. Vote 2 new board members into Planning and Land Use Committee. The current Planning and Land Use board will discuss and vote to add 2 current VNNC board members, Mr. Steve Friedmann and Mr. Jason Ackerman, into the VNNC Planning and Land Use Management Committee Board as alternates. Motion and action.
    2. 5701 N. Van Nuys Blvd. Plan approval application to renew an existing CUB with a request to extend the life of the grant. A plan approval application to renew an existing conditional use permit for the off-site sale of a full line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a pharmacy drug store with approved operating hours of 24 hours, daily and request to extend the life of the grant.
