Pave Your Way to Citizenship: Workshop This Saturday

In connection with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), the Sun Valley Area Neighborhood Council is hosting a citizenship workshop that will include fee waiver assistance this Saturday, September 26, from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

The workshop will take place at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church located at 7800 Vineland Avenue (at Stagg, northeast corner) in Sun Valley. [map]

If you are at least 18 years of age, have been a green card holder for at least five years, and wish to enjoy the privileges of U.S. citizenship, including voting, petitioning for more family members, and obtaining a U.S. passport, then contact IRC to learn more and make your appointment.

Registration is recommended, but walk-ins will be accepted as capacity permits.
