Congratulations to the Arid Land Institute, Pacoima Beautiful and Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition for winning the Great Streets Challenge Grant at Van Nuys on “Connect the Dots”. The Van Nuys Neighborhood Council and the community is looking forward in working with the Connect the Dots to become a successful part of our city.
