Greetings My Fellow Citizens,
The intention of this communication is to solicit questions from you (the general public) for the City Council debate next Wednesday. As you know, incumbent Councilwoman Nury Martinez is running against former Assemblywoman Cindy Montanez. Both candidates are confirmed to attend, and our Van Nuys Neighborhood Council is hosting and moderating the debate.
Please email me any questions you may have for these two ladies, and I will be sure we delve into the issues facing our community next Wednesday night. We have a set format for the debate, and will allow both candidates ample time to respond to anything asked.
Once again, please send me your questions for the City Council District #6 debate, which the Van Nuys Neighborhood Council is hosting on February 11th, 2015. Thank you very much, and I hope to see you next Wednesday night at the Council Meeting.
