Affordable Care Act Enrollment Workshops hosted by Congressman Tony Cárdenas.

Congressman Tony Cárdenas has planned to assist the residents all over San Fernando Valley with a series of Affordable Care Act Enrollment Workshops to obtain more information and hopefully enroll to a new affordable health care plan.

In collaboration with neighborhoods to share this information with your contacts, family, and the community, The office of Tony Cardenas will also do heavy outreach to the vicinity areas, as well as sharing it with our contacts. The event will provide water for all attendees, and signage for the locations .

Please come to these workshops if you don’t have health insurance or don’t know about the Affordable Health Care Act.
