Dear Yo-Cyclists-
Weather has finally cooled down this weekend for us to enjoy a nice bike ride and beautiful Sunday at Balboa Lake Park.
Tomorrow is International Car-Free day!!! You can honor this day with us by starting off your morning with a refreshing Yo-Cycle session. We will meet at the Valley Bikery from 9:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Ride leaves at 9:30 a.m. to Balboa Lake Park on the orange line bus bike path. Arriving at park around 10:15 a.m. for an hour yoga session. We will be practicing “yan” yoga, physical active form of yoga for strengthening and flexibility. After yoga we are hoping to cross paths with the LACBC’s sponsored family-friendly 10 mile bike ride along the orange line bus bike path that will be finishing off at a local brewery, Mac Leod’s Ale Brewing company, a few blocks away from the Valley Bikery / Ciclería del Valle. Celebrate this day with Yo-Cycle and a nice family-friendly ride put on by LACBC or make your own leaps tomorrow in being as Car-Free as possible for the day.
