I’m so proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of the VOSE Apartments in Van Nuys, a project that will provide much-needed affordable housing and breathe new life into the community. This development, led by Alliant Communities, is a true example of what we can accomplish when we work together to address our housing crisis. With 322 new homes, including 20% designated as affordable units, the VOSE Apartments will offer working families and low-income individuals the stability they deserve.
This project will not only help residents stay connected to their jobs and schools but also drive economic growth along Van Nuys Boulevard. I look forward to working closely with Alliant Communities to ensure this project is completed in a timely manner, and to seeing the positive impact it will have on the people of Van Nuys and beyond. Together, we are making strides toward a more inclusive and affordable future for our community.
