Come join the Valley Bikery tomorrow morning for a relaxing yo-cycle session, a mix of cycling and yoga. Meeting is between 9:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. at the Valley Bikery, located 14416 Victory Blvd. Suite #104 Van Nuys, CA 91401. The Bicycle ride will be leaving at 9:30 a.m. for the 4 mile ride along the Orange Line to Balboa Park. You are welcome to meet us only for the yoga portion at the park we will be in our usual setting by the small bridge on the south end of the park close to the playground. And They will have approximately 45 min. Yin Yoga session tomorrow and then head back to the Valley Bikery together.
Tomorrow is the second Sunday of the month so it will be a yin yoga class, slower paced and holding postures for longer duration to get a deeper stretch. Look forward to practicing with you all tomorrow.
