CD 6 Councilwoman Nury Martinez in a funny video with CD 13 Councilman Mitch O’Farrell announcing the inaugural Golden Paddle Award during the first LA River Day at LA City Hall. The award serves to promote recreation along the LA River and stewardship among the LA Council Districts that touch the urban waterway.
O’Farrell serves as chair of the City’s Arts, Parks, Health, Aging, and Los Angeles River committee.
