You can’t visit lacity.org without seeing it: Los Angeles is embarking on a project to make internet access publicly available throughout the whole city. The process is in its initial stages and the city is looking into how to build an infrastructure that will support wifi access throughout Los Angeles, from the physical construction to the legal implications.
That’s why they’re soliciting input from YOU. Glassell Park and West Hills have already submitted their Community Impact Statements on the matter. It’s time for us to get the voices of more Neighborhood Councils into this process that will affect all Angelenos and visitors to our city!
