The Kester-Friar Mainline Replacement Project will install 3,931 feet of new 6-inch water mainline pipe and 2,295 feet of 8-inch pipe along sections of Kester and Columbus Ave as well as along Friar, Delano and Sylvan streets in the Van Nuys area.
Work is scheduled to take place Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and some Saturday work may be necessary.
