  3. Comments from the Chair –Speaker’s Times, Cell phone conversations, Correspondence received and approval of minutes. Speaker’s Times, Cell Phones, Conversations, Correspondence Received. Introductions of first time attending stakeholders. *Speaker Cards: 2, minutes, 2 Public Comment Times. (This includes speaker cards on agenda items — a limit of 10 minutes for the entire meeting per stakeholder.)
  4. Public Comment (On matters within the VNNC Budget and Finance Committee Capabilities.) 2 minutes Maximum per person, 20 minutes Maximum time for Public Comment under this item
  5. Old Business
    • 1) The VNNC will provide funding to the Children of the Night for their outgoing services in the Van Nuys Committee (NTE $2500) (5 minutes presentation by Children of the Night Representative)
    • 2) The VNNC will provide funding for New Economics for Women for their outgoing services to the Van Nuys Community. (NTE2,500.00)
  6. New Business 
    • 3) Treasurer update: Treasurer will provide a brief review and update on our open, current, and closed NPG’s to keep the flow of business in check.
