The Great Streets team invites you to join us on Saturday, December 3, for a community pop-up event that will provide a hands-on experience of what could come to Lankershim Blvd as part of the Great Streets Initiative.
We’ll be activating the street with art, music, food and family-friendly activities, and giving attendees a chance to try out new ways of using the street, including temporary protected bike lanes and parklets.
The feedback you share at the event will guide the Great Streets Iniative, the Office of Councilmember Paul Krekorian and city departments in shaping a plan for short-term improvements and a long-term vision.
Attendees can also participate in a free raffle with prizes including an Amazon Echo Dot, t-shirts, gift cards, reusable bags, and other items donated by participating partners and merchants.
