- Old Business:
- A. Review Procedures, Organization and storage of VNNC Property. The current protocol requires all Council members holding VNNC property to enter the property information in Empowerla.org.
- New Business:
- A. Economies for Women – We are asking for NTE $1,000.00for toys and supplies for our December 10th Event “Holiday with a Heart”.
- B. Assign a Council Member to be responsible of signing volunteer forms issue be the Volunteer’s schools for their school record keeping.
- C. Rogue Artist Ensemble – Kaidan Project a workshop, They are asking for NTE $5,000.00 in support to help fund some advertising that will reach to the Van Nuys Neighborhood and provide free tickets to community members, as well as help pay for actor and artist stipends for their rehearsal and performance work on the project.
- D. Purchase for the Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee a hammer and Gravel to conduct regular monthly meetings.
