During the portion of the agenda, any person may address the Van Nuys Neighborhood Council Legislative Information Committee on any matter concerning the Van Nuys Neighborhood Council’s business, jurisdiction, or on any matter that is on the agenda. A speaker card must be completed and presented to any committee member. - COMMISSION RESPONSE TO PUBLIC COMMENTS The Commission cannot act on items raised during public comment, but may briefly respond to statement made or questions posed, request clarification, or refer the item to staff.
