The United Chamber’s Inspirational Women of the SFV awards are now accepting nominations until March 1st, with honorees announced in April, and with the event on May 5th at 11:30am at the Hilton in Woodland Hills.
This is our second year holding this event. Last year we were blessed with a strong turnout in terms of nominations, nearly 50, and attendance, over 250. We hope to surpass the results from last year. But we need your help.
If you’re like me, you’ve been inspired and mentored by countless women. These individuals, whether in business, nonprofit, education, or public service, have not only leant hand to those who needed it, but also were there to provide guidance and mentor the next generation. These individuals have not only impacted the valley, they’ve also entrusted the valley with countless other professionals and leaders with tools and knowledge to be utilized for the betterment of the entire region.
I hope you will take the time and review the attached nomination form and consider nominating women for the second annual Inspirational Women of the San Fernando Valley.
