2016 Neighborhood Council Elections
Paper Candidate Filing Forms
We have heard your concerns; candidates who want run for board seat positions in the neighborhood council including the Van Nuys Neighborhood Council (VNNC) can enroll via paper form now by visiting the EmpowerLA Elections page.
Stakeholders now have two ways in which to register to become a candidate:
Online: Candidate Registration Online Portal
Paper: Candidate Registration via paper form:
– On January 11, 2016 candidates can print out the paper “Candidate Filing Form”
– Candidates must complete the necessary information and either mail it to:

or email it to [email protected] with supporting documents no later than 11:59pm, 57 days prior to the Neighborhood Council’s election date.
