Central American Resource Center (CARECEN) will be celebrating its presence in the San Fernando Valley for one year with a Grand Opening taking place on January 30, 2016. The day will consist of two main events. The first will be a stakeholder breakfast at 10:00 am. The second, at 12:00pm, they plan on having a legal presentation/charla followed by free consultations with legal staff.
