    • a.  The VNNC to hear a speech and presentation from Jessica Borek about illegal street vending.  The VNNC to continue to support it’s position on illegal street vending, and to work with local community leaders to address this issue.
    • b. The VNNC to hold an election for leadership offices, Council President, Council Vice President, Council Treasurer & Council Secretary.
    • c. The VNNC to hold an election for Committee Chairpersons.
