We’re already halfway through June and the LA River Ride will be here before you know it. It is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we work hard to make it a standout event for all that participate.
Putting on such a great ride would not be possible without the generous help of our volunteers. How many times have you been on a ride when someone unexpected helps you out in a time of need? We thank our volunteers for being there when we need them most.

With the 15th Annual LA River Ride coming on June 28th, this is our big push to get volunteers with just days left!! We are looking specifically for people to help with the many tasks on the day of the ride, including pit stops, set up, registration, mid day logistics, SAG support and many others. We also want to reward our volunteers by giving them free registration for this year’s River Ride or a future event. Every volunteer will have their name entered for each opportunity for a drawing to win a bicycle from DTLA Bikes. We also will hold a volunteer party for contributors after the event.
Just a reminder, there are 10 GREAT RIDES to and from LA to Long Beach: 100 mi, 70 mi, 50mi, 36mi, 25mi, family 15mi, and kids ride (free)! Join over 2,000 other riders, and enjoy a great day of cycling fun, an Eco Expo, raffle, live music, and food. All proceeds benefit the work of the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition.
