Mobility Plan next steps Update from Claire Bowin

Wanted to give you all the update that the City Planning Commission hearing for the Mobility Plan and its FEIR will be Thursday, 5/28/15 (and NOT 5/14/15). The 5/28/15 meeting will be held at the Van Nuys City Hall. While the meeting starts at 8:30 am, I’ve been told that its a very full agenda and we anticipate that the Mobility Plan will be last which may mean after lunch (or even later in the afternoon). As the date approaches we hope to have more accurate information about the start time and will be sure to provide you an update via this e-blast and on our la2b.org website.

While the FEIR and staff report (and accompanying appendices) will be available on-line and at area libraries starting on 5/14/15 (two weeks in advance) the updated Plan and Complete Street Design Guide will be available at la2b.org by the end of this week.
