DoL Face Forward Grants
The Department of Labor Face Forward Community grants offer organizations the opportunity to develop programs that address the employment barriers of youth who are court involved (or in diversion programs) while helping these youth develop the employment skills needed to obtain good jobs. These grants will help participants move forward into the future by combining the most promising workforce and juvenile justice strategies available.
Let MANY help you secure funding for your Employment & Education program. Our P3 Initiative can help you:
- Identify promising practices and implementation tools for each program component
- Increase your organizational capacity by leveraging our training and technical assistance experience in effective program implementation based on proven outcomes as well as successful strategies and pitfalls from previous grantees
- Track required data elements online using our data collections system
- Customize monitoring and financial reporting tools (as needed)
Additionally, MANY can provide grant development and proposal review services. 82% of organizations who used our proposal review services last year received federal funding, with even higher success rates for specific announcements such as the Face Forward program.
