The Greater Valley Glen Neighborhood Council is seeking artists to paint a full sized fiberglass horse which will represent the Greater Valley Glen community and its Council. This public art project is open to artists residing, working or studying in Valley Glen, 91401 as part of the special Neighborhood Council program.
Design will be submitted to the GVGC’s Arts & Education Committee for selection of one artist. Artist will receive a stipend for their work and materials.
