    1. Dave Meslin –Community Choreographer. Dave is a Civic Energizer and his TED Talk on Apathy challenges our notion of obstacles to civic engagement. His Fourth Wall project featured the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment and he is in Los Angeles for a week to discover what it means to Empower LA!
    2. Austin Beutner  and Mickey Kantor Co-Chair, Los Angeles 2020 Commission Discuss of the final report of the 2020 Commission and how that report could impact the Los Angeles City Budget FY2014-2015 and beyond.
    3. Jeffery Prang, West Hollywood Councilmember and John Wong, LA County Assessment Appeals Board, candidates for Los Angeles County Assessor.
  4. LEGISLATION
    1. a.Discussion and possible action for Neighborhood Councils. Motion for proposed letter to City Council requesting that they voluntarily refer traffic and transportation matters that have an impact on more than one area to NCs for a public hearing among all impacted parties. Similar to process now observed on planning matters, NCs would agree to send recommendations to DOT and City Council office in an expedited fashion. Maker: Erik Sanjurjo, HUNC
