Free Self-Defense Workshops for Women
If you are interested in learning new defense skills, how to protect yourself and your family or just self-defense tactics, come join us during the month of May. We will be hosting self-defense workshops throughout our district with the help of the California Highway Patrol, Los Angeles Police Department (Mission Division), Bright Star ATA Martial Arts, and North Hollywood Recreational Center. Below you will find the dates, times and locations for all the workshops taking place during the month of May.

There are many ways of benefiting from self-defense classes. These classes will highlight how to defend yourself against the most common strikes, learning important methods to disable your attacker by utilizing your strengths, and hands-on training to prepare you for any situation.
All participants must sign a waiver.
Dress comfortably.
Loose clothing preferred.
Ages 12 and up.
Limited space available.
This is a hands-on seminar.
