Commission meeting is at Cheremoya Ave Elementary School, 6017 Franklin Ave, LA 90028. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm in the auditorium. We will have a guest speaker tomorrow; Board of Public Works Commission President, Kevin James will address the commission on how he intends to partner with neighborhood councils and his approach to leadership of his commission. We will also be discussing and possibly acting on a new NC posting policy. The proposed policy will require only one physical posting location along with online and ENS postings and will include possible consequences if an NC fails to follow the policy. The Commission has previously discussed the importance of posting as an outreach tool.
