Greetings Van Nuys Council-members, Stakeholders & Community Leaders,

I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season, and is spending quality time with friends, family and loved ones. I know seeing my relatives and in-laws was a wonderful treat, and it is a shame December only comes once a year.

Now as for the politics and government of Van Nuys, CA – we do have some issues to address. The relocation of Fire Station #39 is at the top of our agenda, and we do have a Van Nuys Neighborhood Council Meeting tomorrow night at 6:30pm in our council chambers.

I am attaching the agenda, along with language for the addendum in regards to the relocation of the station. The language states… “Fire Station 39 ad-hoc committee is now asking for the full board to support a community impact statement stating Fire Station 39’s relocation be to the NW corner of Friar and Cedros.”

We need all our Van Nuys Council-members to attend tomorrow night, and this will be the first issue we address in case anyone needs to leave early. Please make every effort to be in our council chambers by 6:25pm, and thank you for your continued service to our community.

Cheers and Happy New Year. See you tomorrow night in Van Nuys, CA.
