SUMMARY:Drive Thru Food Pantry
DESCRIPTION:Together with our partners at the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor\, AFL-CIO and the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank\, my #CD6 team and I will be hosting a Drive-Thru Groceries Giveaway for 2\,500 families in need on Thursday\, July 16\, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Grace Community Church parking lot on Roscoe Blvd. \nEach family will receive about 80 pounds of food\, including meats\, dairy items\, staples\, canned goods\, vegetables and fruit. \nThis event is first-come\, first-served. To minimize COVID-19 risk\, we will be following the latest LA County health standards and guidelines during the giveaway and there will be no walkup service and all drivers and passengers must remain in their vehicles. \n\nIf you have any questions\, please contact my offices in Sun Valley\, (818) 771-0236\, or Van Nuys\, (818) 778-4999.
