DESCRIPTION:The Los Angeles County Assessor’s Office will be hosting a Homeowners’ Resource Fair on Saturday\, October 14\, 2023\, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Recreation Park; 208 Park Avenue\, San Fernando\, CA 91340. \nThe quarterly fair is a valuable community initiative that offers essential resources and educational opportunities to homeowners in the region. Topics to be covered include property transfers from parent to children\, senior and veteran benefits\, information on constructing accessory dwelling units (ADUs)\, and more. \nThis event is organized in collaboration with key County partners\, including the Treasurer & Tax Collector\, County Regional Planning\, and the City of San Fernando. In addition\, dedicated Assessor’s Office staff will be on-site to address any inquiries from property owners.
