DESCRIPTION:This year a group of San Fernando Valley community members have come together to launch the inaugural 818 Week observation. The theme of our awards and media event is to honor the Valley’s first responders who cared for our Valley families\, businesses\, and stakeholders during the COVID-19 pandemic. \nValley Presbyterian Hospital will host the award presentation and press event on their Van Nuys campus. In addition to elected officials; neighborhood councils\, parent groups\, young people\, performers\, community-based organizations\, and faith organizations are invited to attend.
