Topics to be covered include property transfers from parent to children\, senior and veteran benefits\, information on constructing accessory dwelling units (ADUs)\, and more. \nThis event is organized in collaboration with key County partners\, including the Treasurer & Tax Collector\, County Regional Planning\, and the City of San Fernando. In addition\, dedicated Assessor’s Office staff will be on-site to address any inquiries from property owners.
