the Urban Agriculture Incentive Zone Ordinance (CPC-2016-3161-CA) will go before the City Planning Commission on Thursday, October 13, 2016. The meeting will start at 8:30 AM, but we have been informed that due to a packed agenda, the UAIZ Ordinance will not be heard and acted on until after 12:00 PM. The meeting will be located at:

At this point, the October 13 CPC Agenda and Staff Recommendation Report have not yet been posted to the Department’s website, but should be available within the next few days.
