Theatre Crash Course Workshop Series for High School Students

Our popular FREE workshop series is back! On three Monday evenings in September, come together with other teens and professional artists to dive into “Zoot Suit” by Luis Valdez. Actors and directors will investigate scenes from the play, and costume, lighting, and scenic designers will get hands-on to develop design concepts. On the last day, we’ll throw it all together, invite our friends, pitch our designs and see what we’ve got! This is the fastest way to learn what it takes to put on a professional show from start to finish. No experience necessary to participate.

When: Mondays, 4:30–7:30pm, September 12, 19 & 26 at the Music Center Annex.
