Remember to Vote Next Tuesday!

On Tuesday, March 3rd, Angelenos will have a chance to go to the polls and vote for city councilmembers in many districts, as well as for two city charter amendments regarding election dates, school board, and community college board members. Wherever you live or work, remember to vote on the issues that are important to you!

Still unsure about the candidates in your district? Southern California Public Radio station KPCC, among others, has put together a voting guide with information on each candidate and their positions.

Additionally, Council District 8 stakeholders have a chance to hear from the candidates at one final candidate forum on Saturday, February 28. Hosted by the South Los Angeles Alliance of Neighborhood Councils (SLAANC), the forum will take place from 11am to 1pm at Washington Preparatory High School located at 10860 S.
